BOOKING

Booking will require a deposit of $20 to secure the appointment time, which will be deducted from your total service fee. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is sent via e-mail transfer to ss.btystudio@gmail.com (password: lash), and a confirmation e-mail/message is sent from SS Beauty Studio.

24 hours notice through e-mail is required to reschedule your appointment

Deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferred to a new, rescheduled appointment if rescheduled with more than 24 hours notice. 
 

CANCELLATION

Deposits are non-refundable in the event that you to cancel the appointment, do not show up, or fail to provide 24 hours notice for rescheduling.

LATE
We ask for you to contact us if you expect to be more than 15 minutes late to the appointment. We will try our best to accommodate you, however, arriving late may result in your appointment being rescheduled, or shortened to the remaining time available.

REFILLS

Refills are only offered if the original service was done at SS Beauty Studio. You MUST have at least 40% lash extensions remaining, and the original lash service must have been within 28 days.

SERVICE GUARANTEE

SS Beauty does not issue refunds on the services provided, however, we try our best to provide you with satisfaction with the service you have received, and guarantee our work. Please contact SS Beauty Studio within 3 calendar days should there be any concerns with the service you have received. SS Beauty is happy to provide you with a complimentary touch-up of up to 45 minutes if deemed necessary and must be booked within 5 days of the original appointment.

FORMS OF PAYMENT

At the moment, SS Beauty only accepts email transfer for the deposit, and cash for the remaining service fee.
